Educational Management Administration and Leadership is a peer reviewed journal which publishes original contributions on education administration and management in the widest sense: on the management of schools of all types, and of further and higher education institutions; on administration and policy at all levels - institutional, local, national and international; and on the study and teaching of educational administration.

The Journal of Educational Administration seeks to meet the needs of principals, superintendents and directors of education interested in the practice and theory of educational administration. To ensure academic integrity, each paper submitted is subject to a triple-blind review process. In some cirumstances this process may vary.

University Council for Educational Administration

The University Council for Educational Administration is a consortium of major research universities with doctoral programs in educational leadership and policy.
